The frames do not have built in memory, however some models include a free SD memory card, others have discounted memory cards which you can buy as an optional extra.

Digital photo frames are checked before delivery with a notice included within each package to list what was tested. It's possible some problems can arise during freight which is why we offer insurance, please check for details on this as it's a recommended option.
